Responsibilities
- Get the showroom ready before opening: cleanliness, displays and demo samples.
- Check the day's bookings and answer waiting LINE OA chats.
- Welcome walk-in customers and advise them through the store’s consultation steps.
- Log every deal in the sales system straight away and keep its status current.
- Take before-and-after photos of every job.
- Close the day: summarise visitors, check tomorrow's bookings and lock up.
What the role expects
- Greet every customer within 30 seconds.
- Answer chats within 3 minutes.
- Log deals the same day.
- Customer satisfaction of 4.8 out of 5 or higher.
