This policy explains how your personal data is collected, used or disclosed when you use this website, buy products and receive installation services, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
1. Personal data we collect
Personal details: full name, telephone number, email, address (for sending documents or a tax invoice).
Vehicle details: make, model, colour, licence plate number and chassis number (VIN), used to link to the product warranty number.
Transaction details: purchase history, the products and models chosen for installation, the installation date and the amount paid.
Website usage data: anonymous usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies, only when you give your consent (details in the cookie policy).
2. Purposes of processing
To issue the product warranty and to keep the warranty claim history for the whole warranty period.
To coordinate with you, schedule installation appointments, or remind you about product condition checks.
To act on your requests, such as a price estimate, a dealer search or an enquiry.
To send information about benefits, news or promotions, only where you have given your consent.
3. Retention period
The company will keep data related to the warranty for the whole product warranty period (up to 7 years, according to the warranty period of each product) and will keep it for no more than a further 1 year after the warranty expires, to support legal or accounting audits. After that the data is deleted or destroyed securely. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw your consent.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose your personal data to an authorised dealer or service centre directly involved in your installation or warranty claim, and to the provider of website usage analytics as stated in the cookie policy, only when you give your consent. We will not sell your personal data to outside parties for the marketing purposes of others.
5. Signing in with a LINE account
Authorised staff, dealers, installers and showrooms can sign in to PREEDA NEXT with a LINE account. This does not apply to general visits to this website, and the identity check with LINE is covered by LINE’s own privacy policy.
What we receive from LINE: your LINE user ID, which only works inside the PREEDA NEXT provider, your display name and your profile picture. We do not ask for, and do not receive, your email address or telephone number from LINE.
Purpose: to verify your identity and set the access you have been approved for. We do not use this data for marketing.
Storage and disclosure: kept in our database and processed on the infrastructure of providers who work on our behalf. It is not disclosed to anyone else.
Withdrawal: you can ask us at any time to unlink your LINE account and delete this data through the company’s contact channels.
6. Rights of the data subject
Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you have the following rights.
To request access to, and a copy of, your personal data.
To request that the data be corrected so that it is accurate and up to date.
To request that your personal data be deleted or its use suspended, when there is no longer any legal reason to keep it.
To withdraw your consent to receive marketing information at any time, without affecting the product warranty you already have.
