Personal data controller: PREEDA NEXT Company Limited

This document explains the use of cookies and similar client-side storage technologies on this website, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device or browser so that the system can remember settings or help analyse how it is used. Besides cookies, this website also uses the browser’s own storage (localStorage) to keep your settings and your consent.

2. How we use cookies and these technologies on this website

2.1 What the website needs to work, and your consent settings

This website keeps your choice about usage analytics on your device in localStorage, so that it does not ask for your consent again once you have chosen, and so that the system knows whether to turn on or hold back measurement by an external provider in line with your choice.

2.2 Usage analytics — only after you consent

When you choose Accept on the cookie notice shown on the screen, the system turns on measurement through PostHog, a provider of website usage analytics. The system is set so that it never collects automatic pageviews from the library’s default settings, and while you have not given consent it sends none of your usage data to PostHog at all.

When you choose Decline, we record your choice and do not turn on measurement through PostHog.

This website uses no analytics or advertising services from any provider other than PostHog.

3. Declining and withdrawing consent

You can choose Decline for measurement on the notice shown on the screen at your first visit, or when the system finds no earlier choice on your device.

If you want to withdraw your consent or change your choice later, you can delete this website’s data in your browser so that the system shows the consent notice again.

Declining analytics does not affect the main functions of the website, such as viewing product information, estimating a price or sending a contact form.

4. Retention period

The consent record on your device — stays until you delete the data in your browser, or until we lawfully change the version of the consent record.

Data held by the analytics provider (PostHog) — follows the retention period set by the provider and by the organisation’s account settings.

5. Transfer of data abroad

Using PostHog may mean that data is processed on infrastructure located outside Thailand. The company follows the data protection measures that Thai law requires for transfers of data abroad of this kind.

6. Contact
