Welcome and look after customers at the branch, advising on paint protection film, ceramic coating, window film, paint correction and wraps.

Responsibilities
- Get the branch ready before opening: cleanliness, displays and demo samples.
- Check the day's bookings and answer waiting LINE OA chats.
- Welcome walk-in customers and log every deal in the system straight away.
- Take before-and-after photos of every job.
- Close the day: summarise visitors, check tomorrow's bookings and lock up.
What the role expects
- Greet every customer within 30 seconds.
- Answer chats within 5 minutes.
- Log deals the same day.
- Customer satisfaction of 4.5 out of 5 or higher.
